Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 7–25 business days after your order is processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs, logistics disruptions, or high demand).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track your shipment progress here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Saturn Halo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@saturnhalo.com within 15 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or return solution depending on the situation.
