Refund policy

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return in the case of product issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your first return per order is completely free.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

You must report issues within 15 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee an exchange unless the item is incorrect or defective, we’ll do our best to help.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused, with tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
