Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times to the U.S. are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that processing your order may take 1–3 business days before shipping begins.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll upload your tracking number. You can check your tracking status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
How do returns work?
We offer a 15-day return policy for product issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items. The first return per order is completely free. For more details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
Can I change or cancel my order?

I ordered multiple items, will they arrive together?
Sometimes, items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse locations. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Not at this time, but our packaging is minimal, secure, and discreet.
